Our board and staff model this concept. 100% of board and staff make financial donations to the organization while also giving their time and talent to their community and to RCA causes. Our foundation funders want to know that those who are served by Rural Community Alliance’s work recognize the value and are also willing to financially support the organization (their treasure), while also giving of their time and talent.
